- What payment methods do you offer?
- We offer payment via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
- When do I get paid?
- Once we have received and checked your phones we promise to make payment the very same day. We will confirm the payment has been sent by email. Same day payment only applies to orders received before Midday (most are) and can be delayed due to events that are out of our control.
- What are your business hours?
- Our business hours are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 (excluding Bank Holidays)
- I have received an email confirming that payment has been made but i've not received it?
- Please contact us if your payment is delayed.
